CEO and Founder
Seshadri Lakshminarayanan
Seshadri brings to the table extensive experience in supply chain management. He began his career at i2 Technologies, where he specialized in process consulting, solution implementation, pre-sales and training. He worked on an array of projects for several Fortune 500 companies across the FMCG, CE&CD, Automotive, Industrial, and Metal sectors. Seshadri also gained expertise at Dell for 7 years, where he played multiple roles – he designed planning solutions for the BTS supply chain, was in charge of replenishment and solution development for finished goods in APJ, and was also a program manager for implementation of Oracle VCP solutions.
With a B.Tech. from IIT(Bombay) and an M.S (IE&OR) from the University of Cincinnati, Seshadri understands supply chains from a global perspective. His cross-functional experience spanning nearly two decades has sharpened his ability to understand and develop accurate solutions for every business problem.
Chief Architect and Founder
Dr. Jayan Moorkanat
Jayan leads product development and architecture at Spashta. He brings in‑depth expertise in optimization methodologies for supply chain management, designing software products for supply planning, and building solutions for complex supply chain environments. Before Spashta, he served as the Principal Architect at JDA Technologies, where he managed the design, development, and deployment of multiple products, prominent ones being Agile Control Tower and Supply Chain Planner among others. Earlier at i2 Technologies, he worked in the supply planning products (including SCP and ROS Mill Scheduler) and was responsible for improving their performance significantly. He also worked at Headstrong, where he developed libraries of math/optimization algorithms and designed the front-end systems for financial portfolios.
Jayan holds a PhD from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at IIT(Bombay), where he worked on complex supply chain optimization problems. Prior to this, he completed a 5-year Integrated M.Tech course from the same institute. Jayan holds multiple patents related to supply chain planning as the lead inventor.

Deepak Rao
Deepak is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience. He has led numerous IT projects and initiatives in large multinational companies like Ramco Systems and Tesco. He brings strong technical leadership with experience in building teams and enhancing technological productivity. He specializes in devops and cloud and has been instrumental in setting these up for Spashta. He is also a certified cloud architect. He has worked on a wide range of technologies over the years. He loves automation and learning / exploring new technologies.
Prior to joining Spashta, Deepak served as SVP Technology for a NY based law firm. Deepak holds a B. Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay.
